MK Dr. Einat Wilf

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

For the past few years, during which I had the honor and privilege of serving the citizens of Israel in the Knesset, I have kept you updated about my work. In return, you have kept in touch, responded, encouraged and gracefully complimented.

In a variety of ways you have shown your appreciation for the extensive work I have done in Hebrew, English and French combatting those who seek to delegitimize Israel and Zionism, raising forgotten issues such as the status of Palestinian descendants of refugees on the international agenda, and shaping a new and strong relationship between Israel and the Jewish people.

Domestically, you have encouraged me in fighting for improving Israel’s education system, unlocking uncompetitive sectors, standing up for women and seeking innovative solutions for the integration of ultra-Orthodox men into the work force.

Now that elections are less than a hundred days from now, I need your help and support to continue my work for Israel in the Knesset. As you know, in Israel, we are all members of parties and gain public trust as team players in parties. I am running as a member of the Atzmaut , Independence party, headed by Defense Minister Ehud Barak. This party, which I helped found as part of a split in the Labor party, continues the tradition of old Labor Zionism as a security oriented party that emphasizes the need to seek peace through strength, and prizes action over image.

If you are an Israeli citizen and wish to support my continued work, or have friends and family in Israel to whom you can recommend the Independence party, please let me know and I will follow up personally.

Thank you for your interest and support over the years and looking forward to years of continued cooperation and service.

Yours,

Einat.
